Welcome to our Averill Court Motel web-page, and beautiful Paihia. Averill Court Motel is centrally located, only a 100 meter walk to a safe swimming beach, and a short waterfront walk to shops, restaurants, Bay of Island tours and the wharf.

All our 18 units are spacious, fully self contained, serviced daily with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. We have full laundry facilities, Internet access, cooked/continental breakfast on request available. Our large swimming pool, hot spa pool, BBQ area and boat parking are well used by our guests. The units are back from the road, in a peaceful garden setting with parking in front of the unit. We are a well known Golden Chain and Qualmark 3 star + rated Motel.
